Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

During peak seasons (November through January), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and your location.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

We ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking number does not show any movement after 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address or modify your order? Please email us at hello@mahblend.com as soon as possible.

We can accommodate changes if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no extra charge, but additional delivery time will apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package every order with care to ensure your mahjong kit arrives safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

1. Damaged package — Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a free replacement right away. No need to return the damaged items.

2. Lost package — If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, email us within 15 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A $9.99 reshipment fee may apply for orders that were returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
